Martians and Bobcats both undefeated in league playMartians and Bobcats both undefeated in league play
[Sep. 27, 2007] GOODRICH — In the six team Genesee Area Conference-Red, the Martians stand undefeated after six league contests with an 8-0 defeat of Montrose Tuesday.
“We’ve played everyone in the conference and we are stand alone in first,” said coach Evan Huizenga. “One reason for that is our goal keeping has been very good this season. We’ve split time almost fifty-fifty between Chad Frownfelter and Caleb Jones.”
Kevin Hergenreder, Danny Leppek and Colin Angle scored two goals each to lead the scoring, followed by Nick Arnold and Bobby Short with one goal a piece.
