Fejes named
Teacher of Year
GRAND BLANC
— Reid Elementary third-grade teacher Kimberly Fejes was recently named Teacher of the Year by the Michigan Farm Bureau.
Fejes was recognized by the group for her efforts in incorporating agricultural concepts into the school science curriculum while meeting school curriculum objectives. “Once a year, the Genesee County Farm Bureau recognizes a K-12 teacher who uses agricultural information and real life examples of farm life within their classroom lessons,” said Nancy Birchmeier, the Farm Bureau representative who nominated Fejes. “Kim Fejes showed all of these qualities.” — N.B.
