Injury in crash
GRAND BLANC TWP. — Township police cited a Grand Blanc man for failing to yield in an accident Feb. 16, where one passenger in another vehicle required medical attention.
The man, who was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox southbound on Dort Highway, failed to yield to oncoming traffic while attempting to make a left turn to eastbound Grand Blanc Road, pulling into the path of a 2001 Ford Explorer driven by a Grand Blanc woman. The light at the intersection was green, according to accident reports.
A teenage passenger in the Explorer required medical attention and was transported to the hospital by ambulance.
Hit and run
GRAND BLANC TWP. — A man called police after another driver struck the passenger side door of his 2006 TrailBlazer while parked in a business lot on Saginaw Street Feb. 6 and then drove off.
Estimated damage is $1,400. Police have no suspects.
