Ponke joins

TROY — The Rehmann Group recently welcomed Michael Ponke to its Troy office location.
Ponke, a Grand Blanc resident, will serve as a staff accountant with the Accounting, Consulting and Tax team. Prior to obtaining this position, Ponke was an intern at the office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Michigan State University and is currently studying accounting at Walsh College.

New location for CFGF
FLINT — The Community Foundation of Greater Flint is moving to the Community Foundation Building, 500 S. Saginaw St.
Offices are closed for business May 28-30, and will reopen June 2 in its new location. The grand opening celebration is scheduled for June 17. Ribbon cutting is at 10 a.m. and an open house with tours will run from 3-6 p.m.
The Community Foundation of Greater Flint is a non-profit organization that allows individuals to easily contribute financial support to the causes they support either immediately or through their wills.

Eye-Opener breakfast
BURTON — The Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce hosts its Eye-Opener Breakfast 7:30-9:30 a.m. June 19 at Walli’s East, 1341 S. Center Rd.
The guest speaker is Ed Benning from MTA. The event also includes a hot breakfast buffet. The cost for the event is $8 for Regional Chamber members and $13 for non-members. — A.S.
