Longway Planetarium
FLINT —
The Longway Planetarium has shows every weekend through June. At 12:30 p.m., see The Secret of the Cardboard Rocket. This show is recommended for families with children from 4 to 9 years old.
At 3:30 p.m., 9 Planets and Counting plays. This show is recommended for families with children aged 10 and up.

Rides and Rebels rides on
FLINT
— Motorcycles, riders and the distinct mark they left in history are honored at the largest museum display of motorcycles in the state at the Sloan Museum. Rides and Rebels will be at the Sloan through July. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and children. The museum is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and weekends from noon-5 p.m. — J.F.

Local music scene
Abruzzo’s Piano Grille will host Back to Back from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Saturday, June 7.
The Coffee Tree Café will host Jim Albert and Crew on June 7 starting at 6 p.m. They also have open mic night every Friday.
The Lake Inn hosts Jeff Gurney every Saturday night starting at 9 p.m. — J.F.

Auditions for Chicago
FLINT
— Vertigo Theatrics will hold auditions for the musical Chicago on Wednesday, June 11, from 7-10 p.m. and Saturday, June 14, from 5:30-8 p.m. The show, which will run in September, requires approximately 10 female and 9 male roles.
