At the Gallery
LAPEER — On Friday, May 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Gallery 194 will unveil the Lapeer Montage by artist James Conner. There will be mini-montage giveaways, music and food.
In the upper gallery, the Lapeer Art Association has its show, A Family Affair, featuring artwork from friends and family of the association’s members. — J.F.

Deputies for kids
LAPEER — On Saturday, May 31, the Lapeer County Deputies Association will hold a benefit Car-Truck-Bike show at the American Legion Post #16 in Lapeer. Registration is at 11 a.m.
Following the Car-Truck-Bike show, there will be a musical performance featuring Jack Scott, Ron Dillon and the Barndoors, and Sharon McCully at its 29th Annual Children’s Fund Benefit Show.
The show will be at the American Legion Hall, 1701 W. Geneseee St.. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the show starts at 7 p.m.

The Hitch’n’Post will host Saint Paulie Street from 9 p.m. to close on Friday and Saturday, May 30 and 31.
Abruzzo’s Piano Grille will host Gina Abruzzo and Between the Lines from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday, May 30.
The Coffee Tree Café will host Pete Folco on Saturday, May 31 starting at 6 p.m. It also hosts open mic night every Friday.
Lapeer Music Soundstage/Cup of Joe Downtown will host Second and Stone from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, May 31.
