Engagements
[May 1, 2008] Wes and Chris Smith are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Patricia, to Matthew Christopher Caswell. Matt is the son of Chris and Leslie Caswell. Emily and Matt both graduated from Lapeer East in 2000. Emily, a graduate of Michigan State University, is a staff writer for the Lansing State Journal’s NOISE publication. Matt, a graduate of Oakland University, is a project engineer for Metamora Products. The couple lives in East Lansing and is planning a fall 2008 wedding.

30th Wedding Anniversary
[May 1, 2008] John & Denise Morris celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary on April 29th. They were married at St. Joe’s Catholic Church of Lake Orion. Their children are Matthew & Brooke Morris of Columbiaville, Michael & Adrianne Morris of Lapeer and Mitchell Morris of Lapeer. Grandchildren are Gabriella & Michael Morris of Lapeer & Emily Morris of Columbiaville. Denise works as a dental assistant and John has worked from GM for 30 years. John & Denise celebrated with their family at a nice dinner. Happy Anniversary!
