Wes and Chris Smith are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Patricia, to Matthew Christopher Caswell. Matt is the son of Chris and Leslie Caswell. Emily and Matt both graduated from Lapeer East in 2000. Emily, a graduate of Michigan State University, is a staff writer for the Lansing State Journal’s NOISE publication. Matt, a graduate of Oakland University, is a project engineer for Metamora Products. The couple lives in East Lansing and is planning a fall 2008 wedding.
