GRAND BLANC TWP. — Legendary Scott Parker left his mark on the racing world and claimed his fame in the Harley-Davidson Moto-chronicles when he won nine grand national championships (94 national wins).

That put Parker in the forefront of Harley-Davidson racing. An inspiration to young and old, Parker would go on to become one of the most-remembered racing enthusiasts to ever hit the race circuit
Nowadays, you can find Scott hanging with partner Dave Donahue at PD’s Pub on Fenton Road in Grand Blanc Township.

Parker the “P” and Donahue the “D” in PD’s Pub have remodeled to create what they say is the hottest hangout around. They promise great food, relaxing atmosphere, big screen TVs, an outdoor patio, sand volleyball, live bands and biker nights.

You can find Parker’s XR750 bike encased in glass at PD’s Pub. Much like the famous fountain in Time Square, folks make it a point to aim for the seat as they drop in coins and bills alike.

The money is regularly scooped out and donated to local charities. In just eight months, $2,500 has been raised. The American Cancer Society and the Children’s Miracle Network are two of the recipients of PD’s drop-and-donate cycle table.

Donahue, with 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry, says his goal is to not only serve up great food but to treat customers like family.
